Donal is the site manager and named expert at Irish Sports Betting Sites, and reviews every guide we publish.

A sports journalist and reporter, Donal has a record of published work covering GAA, soccer, rugby, golf, horse racing and general sports news.

He has also had an accomplished playing career in many of these sports and still plays GAA and soccer, which gives him a player’s view of the games as well as a reporter’s.

Through his work and his years in sport, Donal has built up a solid understanding of how sports betting works. His role here is to make sure every guide explains odds, markets and bookmaker terms clearly and accurately, so Irish sports fans have the facts they need to make an informed decision.
